Guenther is regularly involved in patent litigation proceedings and in the representation of clients in patent opposition and nullity proceedings, in particular for clients from the telecommunications and automotive supplier sectors.

Technical specialisation: Telecommunications, information technology and software, image processing, web applications, cryptography, robotics, automotive, bioinformatics, medical technology, optics, solar technology, and renewable energy.

A further field of expertise is the preparation of patent applications for clients of all sizes, ranging from start-up businesses through small and medium-sized enterprises to DAX-listed corporations. Frequently, Guenther the the patent applications in English for being filed directly both in Europe and in the USA.
